Rob LeVine is in the starting gate for the Tashiro Cup, sponsored by Tashiro Marketing & Advertising. Tashiro Marketing was owned by popular 1980s Vail business owners, Harvey and Lori Tashiro. The event has been described as the Vail Mountain local's "social event of the year."

Alice "Widge" Ferguson is depicted holding a Widge's Ridge sign while standing behind her family's ski retreat at the Edelweiss in Vail. Widge's Ridge is located in Sun Down Bowl on Vail Mountain.
