Marka Webb Moser was born 24 May 1940 to Barbara Shove Palmer and Joel A.H. Webb in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Peter (Pete) Werner Seibert, Sr. was born 7 August 1924 in Sharon, Massachusetts. He was the eldest child of Albert Daniel Seibert and Edythe Loring Seibert.
