Ann and Pepi Langegger were both born in Europe and survived the ravages of World War II. In the aftermath, they individually migrated to North America, and subsequently, met and married in Chicago. They removed to Vail circa 1966. The Langeggers were involved in several landmark restaurants of Vail.
