Located between Hanson Ranch Road, Gore Creek Drive, Bridge Street and Vail Valley Drive, Parker's Green sits atop Founders Parking Garage in the heart of Vail Village. The garden and greenscape is named for Bob Parker, the 1960s to 1980s marketing savant for Vail Associates.

Depicted are longtime friends, Sheika Gramshammer and Alice "Widge" Ferguson. They are celebrating the 2021 Independence Day on Pepi's Deck at the Gastof Gramshammer in Vail.
Widge Ferguson's husband, John Lord Ferguson, was Pepi and Sheika Gramshammer's first attorney in the 1960s. Pepi Gramshammer and John Ferguson were introduced by Endicott "Cotty" Davison and the three families continue to be very close. The photographer was Widge's granddaughter...

This image depicts the narrative portion of The Ski Trooper 1941 - 1946 commemorative memorial. In 1998, artists Scott Stearman and Victor Issa created The Ski Trooper bronze sculpture. The Ski Trooper sculpture and accompanying narrative commemoration comprise the Tenth Mountain Division Memorial located near the Covered Bridge in Slifer Square of Vail Village.

This is the program front cover for the Vail Players 1967 melodrama entitled, "Abner Grubstake's Secret."
The Vail Players theatre group operated between 1966 and 1971 with its season running between June and October. John Dobson wrote and directed the melodramas. Vail community members covered all aspects of the production. Vail Players productions were often sold out.

This stately bull moose photograph was captured by Colorado Division of Wildlife officer, Bill Andree in fall of 2016. Andree's game warden territory included the Gore Creek Valley, Piney Lake and Piney River area of Eagle County, Colorado.
Andree noted that a willow dominant wetlands near Piney Lake is nicknamed "Bullwinkle Alley," due to the prevalence of moose.
